Research and Improvement Awards
At the Academy of Research and Improvement, we see and support some of the most innovative and inspirational projects happening in the NHS. It goes without saying that we are passionate about celebrating this work, and we do this each year through our annual awards scheme.
Do you know a service, team or individual that goes the extra mile to improve patient experience through research, improvement or innovation? This is your chance to highlight and celebrate the excellent work that is going on in our trust.
This year there were three categories which you could nominate for, and each category will award a winner and a runner up. The nominations were judged by a panel of patients and staff, and the results were announced at this year's Research and Improvement Conference. The 2018 winners and runners up can be found here. The nomination forms for the 2019 awards will be coming soon.
A research, improvement or audit project that has shown significant patient benefit.
A team or colleague who has involved patients in innovative and meaningful ways.
An individual who has championed research and/or improvement and made a significant impact in the workplace, on a service and for service users.
