Glycopyrronium Study: Managing Severe Sialorrhoea

Summary

A Study on the Use and Safety of Glycopyrronium Bromide for Severe Sialorrhoea in Children and Adolescents with Neurological Disorders in the UK"

Participants aged 3 years and older with chronic neurological conditions will be recruited to assess the efficacy and safety of Glycopyrronium Bromide 1mg/5ml Oral Solution. The study involves questionnaire completion by parents/patients at 6 and 12 months post-treatment initiation, alongside contacting GPs and healthcare providers for additional feedback with consent.
