PROSPER (Closed to Recruitment)
The PROSPER study is testing whether arm and shoulder exercises given and supported by a physiotherapist can help improve recovery after breast cancer treatment. To find this out we are comparing two groups of patients, one group receives usual care which involves receiving information leaflets and attending usual follow-up appointments. The other group are given a programme of arm and shoulder exercises by a physiotherapist and are reviewed with up to six face-to-face appointments.
