The Effect of Injectable Therapies on Quality of Life in Diabetes
This study aims to investigate whether injectable diabetic therapies, such as insulin or other non-insulin injections, have any effect on the quality of life, weight, diabetic control and number of episodes of low blood sugar.
Who can be involved?
People with Type 2 diabetes who are currently being treated with diet or oral medications but whose health advisors have suggested changing to a different type of treatment such as tablets or injections
What happens to people taking part in this research?
Participants will have three contacts with the research team over a period of 6 months, either over the phone or face-to-face
