My role

My role is to support the engagement team and also our Creative Comms Manager.

My background

My background is mainly in childcare however, after having my eldest son I decided to take a new path and became admin for the Academy. After having my second son and returning from maternity leave I changed my job role to become Creative Engagement Assistant. I love working in my new role and learning new skills.  

Why I love my job

I love my job because I love being part of a team that are making a difference in Patients and Staff experiences within Solent NHS Trust. I also love to be creative and learning new skills and information that help me do my job.
